• All appointment requests must be made at the time of registration. We will not take editor/agent requests via email.
• Only one (1) appointment will be scheduled per attendee, and only as available. Due to the limited number of slots, we cannot guarantee you will receive an appointment or the appointment you prefer.
• We ask that you not request an appointment unless you have completed a manuscript.
• Research the editor/agents before you complete your registration form. This is imperative. See Note below!
• Editor/Agent appointments are slotted based on first requested/first paid. Register and pay early to increase your chances of receiving an appointment.
• We will not accept change requests.
• Appointments are non-transferable. You cannot give your appointment to a friend. We have official waiting lists.
• We will accept cancellation requests. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify the E/A Appointment Chair by March 15. Contact info is: email Diane Kelly.

Note: The registration form allows you to indicate your first and second editor/agent request. Please do *not* indicate a second editor or agent if you truly do *not* want an appointment with your second choice. If you want only an appointment with Agent A, then indicate only Agent A. If slots for Agent A fill up before you are assigned an appointment, you will be placed on a waiting list for Agent A if she was your only request. Otherwise, you will be assigned to your second choice if a slot remains available with her. Once you are assigned a slot, you are removed from any waiting list.

• Only authors registered for the conference may sign books.

*SEATING IS LIMITED, first registered, first seated. You are encouraged to register by 2/15/2013. Authors who register after this date will not be included in the printed publicity campaign.

* REGISTRATION IS LIMITED AND CLOSES Friday, March 15, 2013

* Note to DARA members: If your DARA membership dues are not current by Dec. 1 you will need to pay the additional difference of the non-member rate by Dec. 10 or we will cancel your registration & editor/agent appointment. Your conference fee will be returned to you minus a $40 processing fee.

* 3-part payment plan: For your convenience, we are allowing conference payments to be made in 3 consecutive monthly payments of $43 for DARA members or $49.99 for non-members. However, you will not be slotted for an E/A appointment until you are paid in full. To be set up for 3 payments, please contact Addison Fox at addisonfoxauthor@gmail.com.

* REFUND POLICY: No registration refunds will be issued after 3/15/2013. Refunds requested prior to that date will be assessed a $40 processing fee.
